Par Baked Crusts

The Dough Shop Par-baked Pizza Crusts are a welcome addition to The Dough Shop Dough Balls that, together, offer several choices and styles of pizza for the customer.

Par-baked Extra Thin Pizza Crusts: Available in 4 sizes, this cracker thin crust is perfect for flatbread pizza appetizer or a lighter, less filling pizza alternative to the more traditional hand tossed variety.

Par-baked Pencil Lip On Pizza Crust: A slightly thicker, heartier crust with a narrow edge that holds the pizza ingredients on top of the pizza.

High Gluten Dough Balls

High Gluten Dough Balls (HG): Our most common dough ball flour is great for hand tossing a New York style, or sheeted for a crispy thin crust. It is our most versatile dough and cooks up crispy outside slightly with a chewy texture, browns up nicely.

High Gluten Dough Balls with Sour (HGR): Same characteristics as HG with a light sour dough flavor.

High Gluten Dough Balls with Whole Wheat (HGWT): This dough meets the government nutritional guidelines for institutional use. Great for schools and hospitals.

Low Moisture High Gluten Dough Balls (LMHG): Lower moisture content that works great with sheeters.

Wood Fired High Gluten Dough Balls (WDHG): Withstands high oven temperatures and wood fire ovens.

Hotel & Restaurant Flour

Hotel and Restaurant Flour Dough Balls (HR): This product has a more bread like flavor with a softer, less chewy texture unlike the high gluten dough. It also has an easier rise and is great for thicker pizzas and breadsticks.

Hotel and Restaurant Flour Dough Balls with Extra Yeast (HRXY): Similar to HR dough balls but with an easier rise and quicker browning.  

Hotel and Restaurant Flour Dough Balls for Pan Pizza (HRPAN): Similar to HR but designed for pan style and deep dish pizzas.  

Specialty Dough

Foccacia Dough Balls (FOC): Contaning classic focaccia seasonings, this versatile dough ball makes great table bread served with olive oil or balsamic vinegar. Works well for gourmet pizzas, or try it with garlic chicken and a white sauce.

Take ‘N’ Bake Dough Balls (TNB): Specially made for take and bake pizzerias. This product is made to bake well in home ovens. The dough has a great proofed shelf life and works well for premade pizzas. Dough cooks up crispy and chewy and bakes all the way through. Hand tosses well.

Classic Neopoliton Dough Balls (CPT): Made from imported Italian flour (Caputo OO), this dough works great with high heat oven applications 600° F and up.

Frozen Sauces

The Dough Shop Sauces are made from authentic Italian recipes that consist of the highest quality ingredients that will challenge any “scratch” made sauces.

Alfredo Sauce: A rich, creamy white sauce made with heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Ideal for chicken alfredo pizzas and various pasta dishes.

Rustic Pasta Sauce: A versatile red tomato sauce loaded with special Italian seasonings and spices. Great for any type of favorite pasta entree.

Ready To Use Pizza Sauce: A blend of the highest quality, California grown tomatoes and unique spices that make a smooth and flavorful sauce with no preservatives.
